The Clinical Excellence Performance Coordinator will support Quality Improvement and Antimicrobial Stewardship Program initiatives as a subject matter expert for managing quality and process improvement activities in coordination with clinic leadership, assist in the development of the annual Quality Improvement work plan. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of department services and quality improvement activities and initiate and/or provide oversight of new and ongoing programs/projects related to clinical and service process improvement ensuring compliance with internal as well as external regulatory reporting agencies and accrediting bodies. The Coordinator will analyze data to derive business insights, develop analysis plans using quantitative methods, and collaborate with clinical teams in order to design, run, and validate reports, extracts, and visualizations. The Coordinator works closely with leadership to understand current and future needs, and is required to solve complex issues. The Coordinator embodies servant leadership characteristics and works well with others. S/he will also facilitate and/or lead smaller projects under the supervision of director.

Experience with data extraction from EPIC electronic health medical records, eRL,. 
* 
Familiarity with the PDSA cycle of process improvement, implementing and evaluating pilot process improvement programs. 
* 
Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
