Responsibilities: The Clinical Educator II is a nursing professional who is responsible for a variety of training and developmental duties in healthcare. The Clinical Educator II possesses master-level competencies to ensure nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel have the skills and training to succeed in their individualized units or specialty. Qualifications: * At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required. * Master's degree in nursing, business administration, or education required. If master's degree is not in nursing, a BSN is required. * Communication - Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers required. * Critical thinking skills related to evidence base interventions with the ability to synthesize and apply to clinical practice required. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, excel, and Outlook required. * Excellent time management and program development skills required.
