Responsibilities:

Are you a passionate and skilled Clinical Dietitian ready to make a significant impact on patient health and recovery? Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health is seeking a dynamic individual to join our dedicated team and become the go-to expert for all things nutrition.

This role is more than just assessing diets; it's about being a vital partner in our patients' healing journeys, empowering them with the knowledge and personalized plans they need to thrive. You'll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge nutritional science with compassionate, individualized care.

What You'll Be Bringing to Our Team:

* You'll be the architect of individualized nutrition care plans, translating complex science into actionable strategies that directly improve patient outcomes. This means expertly assessing needs, pinpointing nutrition-related diagnoses, and designing tailored interventions.
* You'll be a trusted educator, providing customized, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive nutrition guidance to patients, their families, and caregivers. Your ability to connect and inspire will make a world of difference.
* Working hand-in-hand with nurses, doctors, therapists, and our Food & Nutrition Services team, you'll ensure seamless care coordination, identify patients at risk, and contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
* From routine screening to ongoing monitoring and evaluation, you'll vigilantly track patient progress, adapting intervention plans as needed and ensuring comprehensive follow-up.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's completion of an accredited dietetics program (ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics) required. 
* Registered Dietitian (RD) License, within 90 Days or start date required. 
* Registered Dietitian (RD-ADA), within 90 Days or start date required. 
* Registered Dietitian (RD-AND), within 90 Days or start date required. 
* Registered Dietitian (RD-CDR), within 90 Days or start date required.
