Completion of NA I and NA II programs is required.

To coordinate and assist the provider and nursing to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population.
Provides and documents clinical care and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. While CNA II can work under the license of a physician or APP, they must work a minimum of 8 hours a month directly supervised by an RN employed at the clinic level, per the North Carolina Board of Nursing requirements for licensure.
