Novant Health is looking for a Clinical Care Partner to join our specialized Podiatry Clinic team-where care starts from the ground up!This is more than just a job-it's your opportunity to support patients dealing with foot and ankle concerns, diabetic care, wound healing, and post-surgical recovery. You'll be a vital part of the care team, delivering hands-on support and compassionate service every day.

* Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Department: Novant Health Orthapedic Podiatry Clinic
* Location: Mothershed Foot & Ankle Clinic in Winston Salem

Your Role Includes:

* Assist in the coordination and delivery of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
* Supporting rooming, vital signes and patient preparation
* Maintaining a safe and clean care environment

While CNA I and CNA II professionals can work under the license of a physician or advanced practice provider (APP), per North Carolina Board of Nursing requirements, they must:

* Complete a minimum of 8 hours every 24 months of direct supervision by a registered nurse (RN) employed at the clinic

* Or make arrangements to complete this requirement at a sister Novant Health Medical Group (NHMG) clinic location

Qualifications:

* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Experience: 2 years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. 1 year CNA2 or EMT, preferred. 1 year Experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred. 
* Licensure/Certification: NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR EMT current credential in appropriate state, required. Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. Basic computer skills for documentation
