				Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between end users and application development teams while maintaining the interests of end users; 
* Develop and implement approaches for the use of software applications as they apply to individual users and study teams;
* Interpret study protocols, protocol amendments, and other relevant operational documents for system set-up;
* Import data between systems;
* Work with internal and external users to ensure file formats meets systems requirements for to import data files;
* Write tSQL queries to interact with reporting database when setting up data feeds and integrations, and
* Perform other system-related tasks to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or a related field) or Life Sciences and 3 years of experience in the clinical research industry or 3 years of experience as a system administration in a health care field;
* Good organizational skills, very detail oriented, flexible, and possess good communication skills;
* Ability to interact with staff and external users from multiple countries;
* Must be able to work concurrently on several projects, each with specific requirements that may differ from project to project;
* Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies/applications;
* Familiar with field's concepts, practices, and procedures; and
* Knowledge of Microsoft(r) Windows operating systems.
