CHI Health would love to add a Clinic Wellness RN to our Millard Family Clinic located off of 153rd & Q! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p The Wellness Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of our collaborative healthcare team, specializing in proactive and preventive care for our Medicare patient population. This role involves conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs), developing personalized care plans, and serving as a patient advocate to empower our patients to live their healthiest, most joyful lives. The ideal candidate is an outgoing and compassionate professional who thrives in a team-oriented, low-stress environment. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state * Graduate of an accredited nursing program * Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
