Qualifications: Education: * High School graduate or equivalent. * C.N.A, C.M.A, EMT, LPN, or RN license is a plus. Experience: * Experience in supervisory or management in a healthcare setting. * Creative problem-solving skills and positive ability to manage professional staff is a must. * Good computer and keyboard skills; accurate and detail oriented; pro-active planning; metric development; good organizational skills and communication skills; the ability to work with other department managers and supervisors; experience with management of staff; ability to manage work load and empower others.
