Responsibilities:

Location: 81st & Center Family Medicine Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
 
The Clinic RN Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for our family medicine clinic's clinical services, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role requires a visible leader on the clinic floor who can balance management responsibilities with direct patient care needs, serving as a mentor, a resource, and a key link between staff, physicians, and management.
 
What you'll do: Your day-to-day adventures
* Lead by example: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and MAs with a focus on high morale, productivity, and top-notch patient care.
* Mentor and grow: Take an active role in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of the clinical staff. You'll be their mentor, coach, and biggest cheerleader.
* Collaborate and communicate: Foster strong, professional, and friendly relationships with our providers, administrative staff, and, most importantly, our patients. You'll be the bridge that ensures seamless communication between all parts of the clinic.
* Set the standard: Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures to ensure we are always compliant with healthcare regulations and delivering the highest quality of care.
* Jump in clinically: Maintain your clinical expertise and provide direct patient care when needed. Whether it's giving an immunization or assisting with a procedure, you're always ready to support the team.
* Resolve with a smile: Address and resolve patient issues and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

What you'll need: The perfect blend of qualifications:
* Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
* Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska (or a compact state license) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
* Experience:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical RN experience required, with at least one year of supervisory or charge experience.
