Responsibilities:

As our Clinic Administrative Professional Office Lead, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

To thrive in this critical role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.

* Attention to Detail: Able to accurately perform the assigned work without error. Expected to understand patient health insurance providers and scheduling protocol for physicians and APNs.
* Collects insurance information and updates patient demographics
* Verifies insurance as needed
* Multi-tasking: Able to work through large volume reports, communicate to hospital staff, clinic staff and patients, and assist with answering the phone or helping a patient in the office while maintaining accuracy and complete tasks. Able to schedule clinic appointments per protocol for different physicians and departments.
* Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
* Responsible for working recall orders and notifying patients that it's time for return appointments

Qualifications:

* High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or
* High School GED General Studies, upon hire and
* At least four (4) years' experience in a clerical capacity. Demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
