We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours. Responsibilities: **Up To $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered** Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment! CHI Health would love to add a Clinic LPN to our OB Clinics located at our Sarpy County areas! This position will be floating to all 4 locations (See below) Midland's OB - Hwy 370 & 84th St LaVista OB - 96th & Giles Bellevue OB - Hwy 370 & 36th St 42nd & L St OB Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, No weekends, No holidays & No call! In healthcare, we all agree that support is a must in order to be successful. This position will support our healthcare teams by ensuring they have everything they need in order to care for our patients. They also play a huge role in a patient's experience and prep when they visit any of our clinics. We couldn't do it without you! Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program * Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board * Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association * Completion of IV Therapy Course
