We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours. Responsibilities: **$5000 Sign On Bonus Ofered** Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment! CHI Health has an immediate need to add a Clinic LPN to our LaVista Family Medicine / Priority Care clinic located off of 96th & Giles! Schedule: 3-12s 8a-8p rotating weekends (every 3rd or 4th weekend) Clinic Hours: Monday-Sunday 8a-8p **If you are an RN (Nurse), EMT/Paramedic or have completed your Medical Assistant degree and are interested, please apply! This position will support our healthcare teams by ensuring they have everything they need in order to care for our patients. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program * Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board * Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association * Completion of IV Therapy Course
