Responsible for performing clinical and operational audits as a means of verifying accuracy of information, and compliance to established policies, practices, and regulations. Responsible for timely
and accurate recording of clinical billing in regards to charge capture. Responsible for facilitating education related to on-going trends and charge capture issues. Responsible for coordinating communications between coding and the clinic/providers as needed. The overall goal of this position is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Reimbursement Services, Clinical audit, Medical Records, and/or Government Billing Regulations
Physical Requirements- Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
