POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Manager II manages the partnership, satisfaction and growth of a strong meaningful client relationship by delivering and demonstrating tangible value, while maintaining a healthy bottom line and ensuring client and employee loyalty. Client Manager connects our clients to Graphics Solutions services to support their strategic priorities while also helping to ensure consistent levels of operational services are maintained. Client Manager provides support and guidance to Level I client managers on a daily basis for operational and strategic assistance. Client Manager's focus is to serve clients through: collaboration, communication, connectivity, education and removing barriers.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

* Education: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years in managing clients and projects, and/or operations OR High School Diploma with 8 years in managing clients and projects, and/or operations. 

Other Skills/Knowledge:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
* Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. 
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

* Experience in the Signage, recognition or promotional products industry. 
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software. 
* Experience with graphics software. 
* Experience with operational systems and their interrelationship.
*  Other Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of the signage specifications defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, with the ability to research, interpret and apply to projects.
