Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly DOE
Schedule: Full Time M-F 8:30-5:00

Position OverviewWe're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our Norwell showroom team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Client Experience
* Greet and welcome all showroom clients with a professional, friendly demeanor
* Answer and direct incoming calls; take messages as needed
* Serve as a liaison between clients and warehouse staff
* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment
* Monitor and restock office and showroom supplies
Administrative Support
* Maintain open order reports for the sales team
* Manage Sales Associates' calendars and appointments
* Process returns, damage claims, and shipping issues
* Handle showroom payments and daily cash reconciliation
* Coordinate delivery scheduling with the Branch Manager
* Assist with warranty claims and showroom events as needed
What We're Looking For
* Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
* Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems (training provided)
* Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
Schedule & Benefits
* Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
* Competitive hourly pay: $25-$28/hour
