				Overview:

Marsh McLennan Agency's Personal Insurance division is looking for a passionate and people-oriented service professional to develop, implement and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management customer service to our high-net-worth Personal Insurance clients. As a Client Advisor, you are in charge of ensuring a smooth client experience by managing day-to-day customer service interactions and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with our high-net worth clients.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with colleagues to handle incoming service requests. We will count on you to inform, educate, and make recommendations to high-net worth clients, carriers and underwriters.
* Independently manage a book of business including conducting account reviews which includes analyzing coverage, doing market researching, remarketing, offering appropriate options, actively soliciting referrals for additional lines of business.
* Be a resource for clients in risk mitigation regarding individual situations.
* Analysis: You can determine acceptability and placement of coverage and also provide customers with insurance coverage recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
* Update client information: Ensure account data is accurately captured, entered and maintained in our agency management system.
* Customer service: ensure that you and your designated sales and service team provide effective and efficient customer service.
* Plus (the fine print): you'll follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established workflows. You'll ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance. You'll maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team.

Additional Requirements:

* Five or more years of insurance industry or related experience
* Ability to obtain CPRIA (Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor) accredidation

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing and a benefits package that includes paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
