Employment Type: Full Time, M-F 8:00a-5:00p/No Weekends/No Holidays

We're seeking an experienced Clerical Supervisor to oversee front-end revenue cycle functions and support daily administrative excellence across our clinics.
What You'll Do
As a Clerical Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational success and team excellence by:
✔ Leading and supervising front-line administrative staff (3-5 team members)
✔ Managing key functions including scheduling, referrals/orders, registration, charge entry, and medical records
✔ Supporting compliance, quality, productivity, and efficiency in daily clinic operations
✔ Serving as a resource and point of contact for staff, physicians, insurers, and patients
✔ Backing up administrative positions and fostering teamwork and engagement across departments
✔ Contributing to an inclusive, safe environment centered on First Do No Harm principles
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED (required)Associate's Degree in Health or Business Admin
* Prior supervisory experience
* At least 2 years clerical experience in a medical office setting REQUIRD
* Strong knowledge of office management, fiscal and human resources techniques
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Ability to lead, solve problems, and prioritize work effectively

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Associates Degree in Health or Business Administration.
* Experience: Two years of clerical experience in a medical office setting, required. With one year of supervisory experience, preferred.
* Additional Skills (required): Knowledge of organization policies and procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management and human resource management techniques. Knowledge of office management techniques and practices. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data. Skill in written and verbal communication. Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations. Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, decision-making. Ability to read, interprets, and applies clinic policies and procedures. Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions. Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities. Physical requirements: Stand and move around the majority of the day; climb; lift patients and equipment; sit occasionally; bend and stoop; push / pull wheelchairs, carts, and beds; see, hear, speak, smell, and touch.
