Overview: Class A Truck Driver $40 per hour Part-time, Saturday and Sunday Charlie's Produce - Who We Are Charlie's Produce is a privately owned wholesale produce company. Compensation Details: * $40 an hour * Opportunity to become full-time at the end of the Summer season if desired Responsibilities: The Role You will be primarily responsible for delivering palletized produce to the piers in Seattle on Saturdays and Sundays. Essential Responsibilities Include, And Are Not Limited To: * Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries. * Palletized product will be delivered to customers. * Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery. * Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers. * Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues. * All other duties as requested or assigned. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: * 23+ years or older * 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred. * Valid Class A CDL and medical card * Interstate qualification, registered * Demonstrated ability to lift/ push/ pull 50+lbs. throughout the shift. * Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English. * Satisfactory driving record. * Must be open to working Saturdays.
