We are determined to leave a lasting legacy for generations to come. MPE, a division of Englobe, is seeking a Civil Drafting Technologist to join our team and work in the Lethbridge office. Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities * Work with engineers, technologists, and project managers to develop civil engineering and geotechnical drawings. * Duties may involve drafting of site plans, earthworks, structures, plan/profiles, and details. * Work closely and communicate with multi-disciplinary team to develop complete drawing packages. * Projects may involve earthworks, dams, canals, pipelines, and drainage systems with a particular focus on geotechnical aspects. * Opportunity to support our materials testing lab for additional hands-on experience. * Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules Qualifications: What makes you unique * 0 - 5 years' experience, though consideration will be given to suitable intermediate level (5 - 10 years' experience) candidates. * Be registered or be eligible for registration with ASET. * Experience/proficiency in 2D AutoCAD * Experience with Civil 3D would be an asset. * Self-motivated, reliable, strong work ethic, natural enthusiasm. * Possess excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work in a team environment.
