Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents in various clinical settings.
* Develop, implement, and manage individualized patient care plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
* Engage with patients' families and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

* M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
* Must have or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA registration.
* Demonstrated commitment to outstanding, patient-centered care.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
