Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Credentials EDU 119 or equivalency as defined by DHHS Education Workforce, preferred.
* Experience: Relevant experience, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification:
* NC CDL License, preferred.
* Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire, required.
* ITS SIDS within 2 months of hire, required.
* BSAC (Basic School Age) for those working with school age children, required.
* DHHS NC Division of Child Development Criminal Background letter and education verification or workforce letter (within 60 days).
* Additional Skills Required:
* BSAC required or those working with school age children and CDL if driving the bus if applicable.
* Maintain training hours requirements as outlined for substitutes by regulatory compliance.
* Additional Skills Preferred: The ability to work a variety of work schedules and to work effectively in all classrooms within the centers.
