Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Responsibilities:
* implementing daily classroom activities and routines.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
* Support the center's goals, guidelines, and standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
* Education: High School or GED, required. Credentials EDU 119 or equilvency as defined by DHHS Education Workforce, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification:
* NC CDL License, preferred.
* Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire, required.
* ITS SIDS within 2 months of hire, required.
* BSAC (Basic School Age) for those working with school age children, required.
* DHHS NC Division of Child Development Criminal Background letter, required.
* Additional Skills/Requirements (required):
* NC Division of Child Development Qualifying Letter/Criminal Background letter
* NC Division of Child Development Workforce letter within 2 months of hire
* NC Institute for Child Development Professional ECE Certification within 2 months of hire
* CDL license (if hired for driving buses) and working with school age children.
* Maintain training hours requirements as outlined by the Division of Child Development
* Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred):
* The ability to work a variety of work schedules and to work effectively in all classrooms within the centers.
