Chief Systems Engineer - Defense R&D and Integration

Since 2004, CESI has been at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and integrating simulation-based training, serious gaming, technical services, training and other support in live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVCG) domains.  CESI also designs, builds and runs infrastructure, platforms, applications and processes that enable cyber training for the integrated multi-domain force. Responsibilities:

* Define system-level technical requirements and integration roadmaps.
* Conduct engineering trade studies and evaluate emerging technologies.
* Oversee system integration for tenants and mission partners at BGIF.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize infrastructure, AI/ML, and data fusion solutions.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in engineering, Science, or IT-related discipline.
* 10+ years of systems engineering experience, including 5+ years in DoD/national security mission environments.
* Strong knowledge of system-of-systems engineering, test, and integration processes.
