				Overview:

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) serves as the senior medical authority within the organization, responsible for overseeing the medical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic medical leadership. The CMO collaborates with executive leadership to establish the organization's strategic direction, focusing on clinical excellence, patient safety, quality of care, and the total cost of care.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee clinical performance of somatic and mental health programs, providing clinical expertise and guidance for high-quality patient care.
* Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of patient safety, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice.
* Lead the integration and enhancement of digitally engaged care delivery, including telehealth and remote patient monitoring, while evaluating emerging technologies to support clinical decision-making and patient management.
* Develop and oversee training programs for staff on digital health technologies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and monitor the impact of digital health initiatives on patient care quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with finance teams to manage medical costs, optimize revenue cycle management, and ensure financial sustainability, while driving initiatives related to population health management, healthcare innovation, and patient experience.

Qualifications:

Education

* Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

* 8-10 years proven experience in senior medical leadership roles within a healthcare organization.
* Experience with healthcare analytics and data-driven decision-making.
* Strong understanding of risk bearing entities, healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety practices.

Licenses/Certifications

* Board Certification in accredited specialty. Active medical license in good standing.
