				Overview:

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities:

* Define and execute a forward-looking IT and technology strategy aligned with Medpace's global growth and innovation goals;
* Drive the development and delivery of scalable, enterprise software platforms that support global clinical operations and are largely developed internally;
* Oversee IT security procedures and policies that are effective in protecting Medpace computer systems & data and are consistent with regulatory requirements;
* Manage a global IT budget and resource allocation, and oversee relationships with external vendors and technology partners;
* Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external technology partners; and
* Ensure effective hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of associates within the IT functional area.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;
* 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior executive roles;
* Proven experience leading global technology department and driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives;
* Experience leading Software Development teams;
* Experience leading global technical teams located around the world preferred; and
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organization industries preferred.
