Overview: Supervisor to join our Chichester Hub Working across FMG sites in the Pilbara WA Join our team as a Crane and Rigger Supervisor for our Chichester Hub division across various FMG sites within the Pilbara on a 2x1 Roster FIFO from Perth! As a Lifting Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of lifting operations. The primary role of the Lifting Supervisor will be to oversee and prepare for the lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations and in a safe and efficient manner. Mammoet is seeking an experinced Supervisor to service multiple clients and sites, who is willing to take ownership of their team. As a Supervisor with Mammoet, you will ultimately be accountable for ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our Clients and employees. Responsibilities: * Execute and oversee mobilizing and demobilizing of equipment and personnel * Lead a team with a range of different roles and skills * Provide direction and expert knowledge * Supervision of the job progress * Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively Qualifications: * 2 years Supervising experience in crane and rigging operations within a mining industry * Current and valid Australian Driver's License * Section 44 Certificate or equivalent Schedule 26 * Experience as an Open Crane Operator and / or Rigger * Excellent Communication Skills * Local resident in Perth, Western Australia
