Responsibilities: Accurately and timely prepares all chemotherapy medications, including IV medications, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist as per policy and regulation. Compounds IV/chemotherapy medications in a cleanroom environment according to USP 797 and USP 800 standards Completes expired medication inspections Answers phones to assist in dispensing questions Ensures all medications are properly delivered. Breaks down wholesaler order, completes receipt documentation and stocks in designated location. Maintain organization of storage areas/storeroom and ensures ordering replacement stock as required based on patient usage and par levels. Functionally uses the hospital information systems
