				Overview:

Waters, the world's leading specialty measurement company that cares about inclusion and diversity is seeking for a Chemistry Inside Sales Account Manager to support the very successful growth of our businesses across India - West territory. This position will be based in our Bangalore office(Peenya).

Customer success have been the motive in driving the consumable business, as it is always at the forefront of the customer supporting them in every workflow of Method development as well as trouble shooting their day to day challenges and providing a total solution in a broad area of applications, its not only limited to Pharmaceuticals, Food, Chemical or Health science market, but into a very diversified field.

You are an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters' products and services. You will demonstrates a clear grasp of understanding the customers' business and its growth plans, as well as be able to take the knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing "customer success". 

Responsibilities:

* Accountable for driving business within all sales districts (West India)
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* Develops customer accounts by reviewing their purchase history, recommending related and new products, and explaining technical features."
* Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information; preparing quotations and closing orders.
* Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets."
* Provide a high level of customer support to ensure customers are completely satisfied.
* Contributes to department and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and seeking opportunities to enhance job accomplishments.
* Meet daily and weekly productivity metrics (phone calls, phone attempts, e-mail etc.)
* Increasing market-share at existing accounts and prospecting new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with Field Sales counterparts to drive business
* Utilizing Waters' internal CRM database as a tool for tracking sales activities, open opportunities and campaign follow-up initiatives.
* Plan and execute comprehensive business development activities for the assigned sales territory or market.". 
* Delivering concise and relevant reports and updates on business development initiatives.
* Occasionally travel to the specified sales territory to support customer visits, attend seminars, and participate in internal planning meetings. 

Qualifications:

Education:

* Msc / M Tech  : Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biotechnology

Experience:

* Should have worked as a tele marketer for at least 3-5 years and should have a good track record as far as achievements of goals are concerned

Skills:

* Action oriented and eager to achieve results
* Sound communication and presentation skills
* Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener
* Matured disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
* Adaptive to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
* Good to have strong technical background in analytical technologies, especially LC and MS but not mandatory.
