Overview: The ICU Charge RN, under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care. Sign on Bonus of $15,000, plus Relocation stipend for in state or out of state for qualified candidate. Type of Opportunity: Full Time FTE: 0.900000 Exempt: No Work Schedule: 12 Hour Days Responsibilities: * Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety and direction of unit staff in designated service area. * Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of all patients in service area Qualifications: * State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required * Associate Degree * Registered Nurse * BLS certification required within 90 days of hire * Minimum One year of nursing experience required * Regional Critical Access Hospitals: Other emergency response training in addition to those listed below may be required by Director of Patient Care. * Critical Care: ACLS * Regional Non-Critical Access Hospital: Other emergency response training in addition to those listed below may be required by Director of Patient Care. * Critical Care: ACLS
