CommonSpirit Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain Non-certified to join our team.
In this vital role, you will:
* Deliver direct spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, respecting diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
* Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, including nurses, doctors, social workers, and care managers.
* Provide spiritual consultation and emotional support for staff experiencing stress.
* Work alongside CPE students, volunteers, and local clergy to enhance our services.
* Contribute to ethical consultation and education for the hospital community.

Qualifications:
Education/Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and successful completion of four units of Clinical Pastoral education.
An incumbent must apply for board certification during the 90-day introductory period, and must have an active plan on record to meet the educational requirement for board certification. Required Master's degree education must be completed within five years of date of hire.
Licensure/Certification:
Employees must begin the certification process within one year of the date of hire.
Within five years of date of hire, an incumbent must meet the educational requirements of one of the following, and become certified: National Accreditation of Catholic Chaplains (NACC), Association of Professional Chaplains (APC), Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), or National Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC)
