Role Overview:The Chaplain enhances the well-being of patients and caregivers by addressing their unique spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
Position Details:
* Non-benefited, PRN (as-needed), on-call role
* Location: Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center
* Candidates/applicants must live within a 30-minute response time to the facility
* Must have 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education and a Master's of Divinity or graduate theological degree ordination

Qualifications:
* Education: Master's of Divinity or graduate theological degree ordination or equivalent and endorsement by denominations or faith groups endorsing body. Completion of four units of CPE from a nationally accredited body, required.
* Experience: Minimum of two years Spiritual Care experience in a healthcare setting, preferred. Roles requiring communication across disciplines, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: Eligible for certification by APC, CPSP, or other equivalent national certifying body, required. Board certification completed within 3 years of hire date, required.
