				Overview:

The primary purpose of the Channel Operations I is to ensure the implementation and day-to-day supportfor the operations of the channel program. The role participates in design of operations, governance andcompliance for regional channel programs, tools and processes for regional sales teams as well asexternal partners and distributors. The incumbent communicates with sales team to gather and document technical, product, and contract requirements regarding the client's implementation and ongoing
maintenance of Zebra's products, software, and services.

Location: Brno 

Responsibilities:

* Carries out operations of channel program tools and processes for regional sales teams,
external partners and distributors, including compliance, governance, on-/ off-boarding, contract
administration, training, certification, and partner master data.
* Supports alignment between channel team and other cross functional teams (sales, services,
order management, deals desk, finance etc.).
Assists with marketing messaging and helps customize promotions.
Carries out partner program compliance & governance.
Operationalizes the process for partner on- and off-boarding.
Carries out contract administration, and access to training/certification for partners
including enablement partner tools.
Processes the Influencer and deal registration.
Ensures accurate and timely creation & maintenance of Partner Master Data .
Supports alignment between channel team (for process & channel programme changes) and
other cross functional teams (sales, services, order management, deals desk, finance etc.) Supportive involvement in any new platform and systems testing.
* Daily field support for existing channel program with all operational aspects during 2015 transition.
Supports management and delivery of ongoing program requirements.
* Regional assistance on problems and issues with process & tools.

Qualifications:

* Preferred Work Experience (years): 0-2 years of applicable work experience
Problem solving, interpersonal, and communication(written and verbal) skills.
Salesforce knowledge is advantage
Excel/PowerPoint
Strong communications skills
* Channel program and support experience
Awareness of regional and cultural differences
