Responsibilities:

* Provide client and customer escalation support
* Manage the contract submission process
* Sales Lead management
* Assist with network expansion efforts
* Monitor SLA's and provide resolution to improve if applicable
* Investigate system errors and client issues utilizing various internal and 3rd party platforms
* Work with management to plan, schedule and prioritize programs and project timelines
* Work closely with our front-line operations support team to better understand user needs and support trends
* Provide a consolidated, single point of service and communication for clients and merchants
* Collaborate and partner with 3rd party brokers to help them drive operational needs
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Excellent organizational skills to successfully lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to cope effectively in stressful situations
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Willingness to take initiative and drive problems toward solutions
* High level understanding of transaction processing
* Strong technical and business acumen
* Experienced in user facing, technical troubleshooting and/or relationship building activities
* An ability to execute on and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders
* Direct people management experience
* Familiar with the O365 application TEAMS
* Experience with Salesforce
* Process-oriented mindset and ability to lead people to get things done
* Ability to create and analyze process flows
* Demonstrated experience creating process documentation
* A high level of organization skills
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
