				Overview:

Job Summary 

Avalara is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns and always-on programs that drive pipeline and revenue for Avalara's U.S. Core segment. This includes supporting new logo acquisition across inbound and outbound motions, from broad-based to account-based tactics. You'll work closely with team leadership to ensure that marketing activities are timely, targeted, and aligned to strategic business goals.

* Maintain the campaign calendar to track key dates, milestones, and deliverables, providing visibility and enabling smooth coordination across teams. 
* Support cross-functional execution by coordinating the development of campaign assets that align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent, audience-centric experience across channels. 
* Own the day-to-day management of campaign and always-on program execution, ensuring timely launches, updates, and in-flight adjustments to maximize impact. 
* Monitor campaign performance and compile actionable insights, contributing to regular reporting and continuous optimization efforts. 
* Collaborate with field marketing, events, and partner teams to support execution of complementary programs, ensuring alignment with broader campaign strategy and maximizing impact across touchpoints 
* Identify & support process improvements and campaign documentation to increase efficiency, ensure repeatability, and share best practices across the marketing team. 
* Leverage AI tools to streamline day-to-day marketing tasks like content generation, audience analysis, and performance reporting, while continuously learning and sharing insights on emerging capabilities with the broader team. 

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* 2-5 years in B2B marketing with exposure to integrated campaign execution 

* Solid understanding of core marketing principles and execution channels such as email, paid digital, social, etc.  

* Exposure to account-based strategies, tools (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase), and best practices 

* Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce) 

* Organized, detail-oriented with a bias for action 

* Eager to contribute to high-impact marketing programs
