				Overview:

Zebra Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Channel Account Manager to join our high-performance team in Johannesburg. This senior role is critical to our success and demands a professional who excels in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving our channel sales strategy, with a sharp focus on accurate sales forecasting, strategic partner relationship management, and driving complex solution sales. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry experience to not only manage and grow our key partners but also to set a standard for excellence within the team.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic plans for a portfolio of key channel partners, fostering deep, long-lasting relationships to drive mutual growth.
* Take ownership of the sales forecasting process, providing accurate and timely pipeline reports and business analysis to senior leadership.
* Drive solution sales by identifying complex customer needs and working with partners to position Zebra's entire technology portfolio as the ideal solution.
* Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new high-value channel partners to expand market coverage and drive new revenue streams.
* Conduct comprehensive quarterly business reviews with partners to align on strategic goals, assess performance, and ensure a predictable and growing business.
* Operate effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales and performance objectives.
* Represent Zebra Technologies at industry trade shows and partner events, acting as a senior ambassador for our brand and innovative solutions.
* Travel frequently to partner sites across South Africa to provide strategic guidance, support, and strengthen executive relationships.

Qualifications:

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
* 8-12+ years of proven success in a channel management or strategic sales role within the technology sector.
* Demonstrable experience in creating and managing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
* A proven track record of driving complex, solution-based sales through a channel partner network.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
* Extensive experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales funnels and reporting.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels, including senior executives.
* A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role due to frequent travel requirements.
