				Overview:

We are looking for high-energy, motivated and creative-minded people who want to make lasting change for our clients. With the ability to use your creative thinking, you'll support clients in adopting new ways of working, whether it's process, technology or disruption-led.  

Working with a combination of junior and senior change colleagues, you will lead in delivering a change management package or workstream, providing effective support to teams and guiding senior stakeholders. The delivery of a change management package and workstream is likely to include the development of change impact assessments, training needs analysis, communication strategies, and training design and delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Be able to apply best-practice change management methodologies and manage junior team members to ensuring they build their knowledge and change capability
* Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.
* Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans.
* Develop project plans using standard project management tools.
* Demonstrate innovation in communications, utilising digital tools and techniques.
* Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem for lessons learned and improving best practices.
* Support/lead in the design and delivery of training plans and strategy
* Support the Expleo Change leadership, and lead in the development of change materials.

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience

Desirable:

* Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)
* Related Post-grad qualification
* Experience in at least one of the following areas; project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.
