Responsibilities:

* Must have the ability to quickly obtain a high-level understanding of InComm's IT technology landscape and how various platforms interact with one another to schedule changes that do not conflict with other changes causing unplanned outages.
* Support internal customers with the preparation of change requests using the documented process and requirements
* Analyze change requests against the documented process to ensure all required details, artifacts and pre-approvals are in place before approving for CAB meetings
* Oversee the Change Calendar by coordinating all change requests across different business calendars. This process guarantees that updates align with business objectives and avoids deploying conflicting configuration items at the same time.
* Create and maintain change maintenance windows on the Change Calendar including those to signify business critical periods such as month and quarter end and change black out windows
* Track change request scheduled end times to ensure timely closure
* Assess the impact and risk of all changes on business operations using the process documentation
* This role must exercise discretion and independent judgement to make decisions that could impact InComm financially and reputationally.
* Collaborates with all IT technology teams to ensure major projects adhere to plan. The decisions made in this role have an impact on InComm's annual audits as Change Management is a key area of focus. 
* After hours' on-call support is required and is managed in a rotation, approximately every 5 weeks.
* Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on established metrics as required
* Assist in training and communicating the change management process to the IT user community as required
* Assist as needed to support internal and external audits as required
* Independently maintain and continuously update change process documentation-including detailed "how‑to" guides, ServiceNow Knowledge Base articles, and email templates-by proactively identifying necessary revisions and implementing updates without management prompting.
* Assist with maintaining other change documentation as needed
* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives by streamlining approvals, risk scoring, template management, and reporting; continuously enhance workflows to support operational efficiency and organizational maturity.
* Other duties as required

Qualifications:

* Associate Degree, or, Technologo (Technologist) Degree, or higher is required.
* ITIL Foundation Certification preferred but not required however demonstrated awareness of ITIL Framework is required
* 2+ years' required in a professional environment
* 3+ years' required in an IT/ITSM environment with direct change lifecycle exposure
* ITSM platform experience preferred, i.e., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
* Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems
* Strong Microsoft Office skills required 
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required including pivot tables, lookups, and macros.
* Strong Power Automate & Power BI skills highly preferred
* Proven communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority
* Ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of the business including setting agendas, recording decisions, and tracking actions to closure
* Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements is required
* Strong organization, time management, and adaptability; comfort with audit/compliance evidence requirements
* The ability to prioritize and negotiate without direct line authority is required
* Professional English Language skills are required.
