PRN benefits include: * Mileage reimbursement * Flexible schedule * 401(k) program * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Vendor discounts Responsibilities: * Perform ongoing evaluation of patient's functional status * Teach and/or retrain patient's skills in daily activities * Provide instruction to patient's family/caregiver on treatment regimen * Follow treatment program and goals for improved patient function as advised by the Registered Occupational Therapist * Maintain appropriate clinical records and submit documentation * Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements * Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: * Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant education program accredited by ACOTE * NBCOT certified with current licensure to practice in state of operation * 1+ year COTA experience * Home health experience preferred * Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
