Responsibilities:

Pediatrix & Obstetrix(r) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our expanding Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) practice in North Miami Beach. This is a rare opportunity to support high‑risk pregnancies in a consultative, office-based environment-with no deliveries, no call, and a truly collaborative clinical setting.

* Office-based role only - no delivery duties
* Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call
* Collaborative practice working closely with:
* An experienced MFM physician
* OBGYNs, midwives, neonatologists
* Partners at Jackson North and Memorial Healthcare

Meaningful, High-Impact Work
* Provide consultative care for a diverse high-risk patient population
* Co-manage conditions such as:
* Diabetes & hypertension
* Preeclampsia & preterm labor
* Multiple gestations
* Congenital anomalies

* Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families during critical moments in their pregnancy journey
Ideal Candidate
* Experienced Certified Nurse Midwife with a Florida license
* Strong communication and patient‑education skills
* Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus
