Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse. * Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client's conditions. * Document care given, observations and treatments. * Comply with policies and procedures of facility. * Ensure that facility and client's equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded. * Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration. * Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients. * Ensure and protect clients' rights and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Certified CMT in Texas * 1 year of experience as a CMT within the last 3 years * Current CPR * Access to reliable transportation Who We are at NurseCore NurseCore is more than an agency, we're a family.
