Overview:
Novant Health Pediatrics Concord is seeking a full-time CMA Lead!
To coordinate and assist the provider to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for the following:
* Precepting New CMAs
* Vaccine Administration and Management
* Supply Ordering and Inventory Control
* Clinical Audits
* Laboratory Support
* Verge Entries
Qualifications:
* Education:High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Certified Medical Assistant requirements: Graduate of Certified Medical Assistant program. Certifications allowed through American Association of Medical Assistants. Registered Medical Assistant requirements:Registry allowed through Association of Medical Technologists.
* Experience: Previous work in a medical setting, preferred
* Licensure/Certification: Current certification as CMA or RMA, required.
* Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
