Qualifications:
The Certified Assisted Living Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to Assisted Living (AL) residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. This role involves direct patient care, emotional support, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to maintain a positive living environment for AL residents.
Assists AL residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Monitors and documents vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) as directed by supervising nursing staff.
Provides companionship and emotional support to AL residents, promoting a positive and nurturing environment.
Assists AL residents during mealtimes, including serving food, feeding if necessary, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
Helps with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and safety protocols.
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized environment in AL residents' rooms and common areas.
Assists with medication reminders and ensure AL residents follow prescribed healthcare plans.
Reports any changes in AL residents' conditions or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors promptly.
Participates in care planning and support the well-being and dignity of AL residents.
Complies with facility policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines to provide the highest standard of care.

Indiana Home Health Aide Certification Required
