Overview: Certified Hand Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics (Full-Time) Location: 2318 Greenbranch Drive, Suite 102, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: $80,000-$95,000/year (based on experience) Incentive: $10,000 bonus Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) - Occupational Therapist for our Wiregrass outpatient center. Join a team treating a variety of upper extremity conditions including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-operative fractures. Splinting experience preferred. Our centers supports post-surgical, non-operative, and work conditioning patients, with close collaboration alongside leading hand surgeons. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. * Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy * Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy * National registration and state licensure or registration required * Previous demonstrated marketing experience * CPR certification * Valid state driver's license
