Overview: Position: Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) - Outpatient Location: 10503 W Thunderbird Blvd., Ste 200, Sun City, AZ 85351 Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS $10K Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a certified hand therapist (CHT) to join our team! In this role, you'll treat various upper extremity disorders including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures and more. Experience in custom splinting is required. Our regional hand therapy coordinator will work with you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Work with a large team of 16 clinicians! Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. * Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy * Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy * National registration and state licensure or registration rquired * Previous,demonstrated marketing experience * Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic * CPR certification * Valid state driver's license
