One California Responsibilities: As our CS Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and distribution of essential supplies and equipment, directly contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. Each day, you will carry out duties that align with our mission and policies, following established protocols for processing and distributing supplies and equipment. You will also actively contribute to our performance improvement plan, ensuring compliance with all other relevant licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly, meticulously follow detailed instructions, and rapidly acquire the technical skills necessary to consistently produce the required finished results. This position is represented by CHEU and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Qualifications: * High School Graduate, or General Studies required. * Minimum of 3 years Central Service experience, Sterile Processing required. * or 1 year of experience and registered CSTechnician/ Sterile Processing Technician required.
