Responsibilities:

Do you want to shape global services and make a lasting impact on customers worldwide? SoftwareOne is seeking a strategic leader to own our Centres of Excellence (CoEs) governance and frameworks, ensuring consistent, scalable, high-quality delivery.

As Global CoE Framework Lead, you'll drive strategy, execution and innovation, working with CoE Leads, Product and Portfolio teams, Sales, and Go-To-Market functions. You'll ensure services are aligned, efficient, repeatable and scalable, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.

What You'll Do:

* Lead the CoE governance framework, ensuring clear decision-making, accountability, and alignment across portfolios.

* Partner with CoE and PoE Leads to ensure services reflect business strategy, GTM priorities, and customer needs.

* Manage Release Managers to guarantee timely, high-quality launches, updates, and retirements of services.

* Drive adoption of standardised practices, reusable assets, and automation across CoEs.

* Foster communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing, cross-regional collaboration, and innovation.

* Act as a connector across teams and portfolios, promoting consistency, efficiency, and alignment with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.

* Coach and develop a high-performing, distributed team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Proven senior leader with experience in portfolio governance, CoE operations, service lifecycle, and release management

* Strong track record of leading distributed teams, coaching and developing high-performing talent

* Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organisations

* Experienced in designing and embedding governance frameworks that drive consistency and measurable outcomes

* Demonstrated ability to build engaged communities and drive adoption of standardised processes, automation, and reusable assets

* Committed to delivering initiatives on time, to high quality, and fully aligned with business strategy

* Analytical, practical, and an excellent communicator and facilitator who turns governance into tangible business results
