Center Manager in Training (Physical Therapist) - $20,000 bonus

Position: Assistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Location: 8429 Tuttle Avenue, Units 234-236, Sarasota, FL 34243
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: Starting at $85,000+ per year (based on experience)
Incentives: $20,000 bonus + ongoing student loan repayment ($350/month)

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full‑time Assistant Center Manager/Center Manager‑in‑Training role. This position is ideal for a clinician with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience who is ready to grow into leadership.

As a Center Manager‑in‑Training, you will treat a patient caseload while learning to support daily operations, foster a positive clinic environment, and help guide both clinical and front office teams. This developmental role is designed to prepare you for promotion to Center Manager within 12-18 months.

Responsibilities:

* Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
* Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
* Support employee engagement and retention efforts
* Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
* Help develop strategies to increase profitability
* Provide an exceptional patient care experience

Qualifications:

* Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
* Valid State Physical Therapy License
* Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience. 
* CPR certification
