Overview: Position: Physical Therapist - Center Manager (Outpatient Orthopedics) Location: NovaCare Pikesville, Baltimore, MD Schedule: Full Time Compensation: Starting at $95,000 Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance NovaCare Pikesville is seeking a passionate, licensed physical therapist to step into a Center Manager role. This position combines leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, offering the opportunity to guide a dynamic team while delivering exceptional outcomes. Our center serves a diverse population, from teens to older adults, and provides a wide range of specialty services, including: * General Orthopedics * Sports Medicine * Aquatic Therapy * Work Conditioning * Concussion Management * Fall and Injury Prevention * LSVT BIG Prior management experience is preferred but not required.
