Overview: Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager Location: NovaCare Hagerstown, Maryland Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 Incentives: Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus and Indefinite Student Loan Assistance At NovaCare Hagerstown, we are passionate about delivering outstanding care and helping people get back to the activities that matter most. We are seeking an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist to step into the Center Manager role. This is a hands-on position for therapists with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience. No prior management experience is required. Our Leadership Development Program offers the training and support you need to grow as a leader while guiding a strong therapy team and providing high-quality preventive and rehabilitative care. Our outpatient center provides a diverse list of specialties, including: * General Orthopedics * Dry Needling * Vestibular Rehab * Oncology Rehab (ReVital) * Pelvic Health (CoreVia) * Sports Medicine * Amputees * Industrial Rehab * Post Offer Employment Testing (POETs) * Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) * Fall Prevention Have a specialty you're passionate about? We're open to expanding our services to align with your interests and expertise. Experience: At least two years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience. Schedule: Full-time with some evenings until 6:30 PM. Our last patient is scheduled one hour before closing.
