Overview: Position:Center Manager-Physical Therapist Location: Oak Park, IL Compensation: $90,000-115,000 annually, based on years of experience Incentive:Up to $10,000 Bonus At RUSH Physical Therapy, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic and neurological therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. The team consists of 6+ clinicians and included physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The clinic is located on the campus of Rush Oak Park Hospital. Qualifications: * Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy * Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start * Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
